In this role, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic programs, optimize delivery processes, and support modern software development practices through AI-enabled workflows, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and adoption.
  • Drive program governance, roadmap planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive communications.
  • Partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to align priorities and accelerate outcomes.
  • Establish and optimize delivery frameworks using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Support modern software delivery practices, including AI-assisted development, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Measure program success through key performance metrics, adoption data, and business outcomes.
  • Champion scalable processes, operational readiness, and organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record delivering initiatives across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Managing initiatives within B2C and marketplace required.
  • Strong expertise in program management, governance, stakeholder management, release planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to influence across technical and business teams while driving accountability and results.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation, or modern software development practices is highly valued.
  • Scrum certification and experience within digital marketplace, fintech, proptech, or related industries are a plus.
